The third convocation was held on November 7, 2009. Shri Rajendra Pawar, Chairman, NIIT Group was the chief guest on the occasion. Mr. N. Vaghul (Ex-Chairman, ICICI Bank Ltd), member of the governing council of The LNM IIT, presided over the ceremony. At the convocation, 114 students from the Under Graduate Programme in Communication and Computer Engineering received their degrees. For the first time, 3 students from Post-Graduate Programme also received their degrees.
